GENERAL DISCLAIMER

All information, documents, and communication issued by ICEICO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are valid only when shared through officially authorized channels. The company does not guarantee the authenticity of any information received through unauthorized sources.

FINAL APPROVAL AUTHORITY

Any document, letter, employment confirmation, internship certificate, or verification shall be considered valid and officially approved only if confirmed through the company’s authorized email ID:

Any verbal communication, physical document, or confirmation provided without validation from the above email shall be treated as unauthorized and invalid.

EMPLOYMENT & VERIFICATION POLICY

ICEICO Technologies follows a restricted verification process:

  • Only basic details (Name, Designation, Last Working Date) may be verified
  • Salary, benefits, or confidential details shall not be disclosed
  • Verification is valid only through bgv@iceico.in

The company shall not be responsible for any claims made by individuals falsely representing themselves as employees.

OFFICE VISIT & PHYSICAL VERIFICATION

  • No employee, intern, or staff member is authorized to independently handle verification visits
  • All physical verification must be pre-approved via official email
  • In absence of authorized personnel, any verification shall be treated as unauthorized

ICEICO shall not be liable for any statements given during such unauthorized visits.

RETROSPECTIVE DISCLAIMER

Any past verification, confirmation, or communication conducted without official authorization from ICEICO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall be considered null and void. The company shall not be responsible for any liability arising from such unauthorized past activities.

INTERNSHIP & TRAINING POLICY

ICEICO engages a large number of interns annually (Online / WFH / WFF – 45 Days / 3 Months / 6 Months).

  • Internship is strictly for training purposes and does not constitute employment
  • Interns are not authorized to represent the company in any capacity
  • Internship documents are valid only for academic purposes
  • Any misuse of company name, address, or documents is strictly prohibited
  • All internship-related verification must be done via bgv@iceico.in only.

LOAN & FINANCIAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • ICEICO Technologies is not a guarantor for any employee/intern loan, credit card, or EMI
  • Salary slips or documents do not guarantee loan approval
  • Any financial transaction is solely between the individual and the bank

The company shall not be liable for any financial default or dispute.

CLIENT, COLLEGE & THIRD-PARTY INTERACTION

  • Only authorized representatives can make commitments on behalf of ICEICO
  • Any agreement must be issued via official email or company letterhead
  • The company is not responsible for unauthorized commitments
  • Third parties must verify all communications through bgv@iceico.in.

UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATION

Any use of ICEICO Technologies’ name, address, documents, or identity by employees, ex-employees, interns, or third parties without written authorization is strictly prohibited. Such actions may lead to legal proceedings under applicable laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ICEICO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for: Unauthorized verification, Misuse of documents, False employment claims, Loan or financial disputes, Third-party reliance on unverified communication.

MANDATORY VERIFICATION CLAUSE

All stakeholders including banks, NBFCs, clients, and institutions are advised:

GOVERNING LAW

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Nagpur, Maharashtra.
