The company does not guarantee the authenticity of any information received through unauthorized sources.

Employment & Verification

ICEICO follows a restricted verification process:

Only basic details (Name, Designation, Last Working Date) may be verified.

Salary, benefits, or confidential details shall not be disclosed.

Verification is valid only through bgv@iceico.in.

Company is not responsible for claims by individuals falsely representing themselves.

Office & Physical Verification

No staff member is authorized to independently handle verification visits.

All physical verification must be pre-approved via official email.

In absence of authorized personnel, verification is treated as unauthorized.

ICEICO shall not be liable for statements given during unauthorized visits.

Internship & Training Policy

Engages interns annually (Online / WFH / WFF – 45 Days / 3 Months / 6 Months).

Strictly for training; does not constitute employment.

Interns cannot represent the company in any capacity.

Documents valid for academic purposes only.

Misuse of company name/address is strictly prohibited.

Loan & Financial Liability

ICEICO is NOT a guarantor for any employee/intern loan, credit card, or EMI.

Salary slips or documents do not guarantee loan approval.

Financial transactions are solely between individual and bank.

Company is not liable for financial defaults or disputes.

Client & Third-Party Interaction

Only authorized reps can make commitments. Any agreement must be via official email or letterhead. Company is not responsible for unauthorized commitments.

Retrospective Disclaimer: Past verifications without official authorization from ICEICO are considered null and void.

Mandatory Verification Clause

Attention Banks, NBFCs, Clients, & Institutions:

👉 Only communication from bgv@iceico.in shall be considered valid. Any other communication shall be treated as invalid and non-binding.

Unauthorized Representation

Use of ICEICO name, address, or identity by employees, ex-employees, or interns without written authorization is strictly prohibited. Actions may lead to legal proceedings.

Governing Law & Liability

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Company not liable for: Misuse of docs, false claims, or third-party reliance on unverified info.
